I like olive oil because of its high monounsaturated fat content. I love sesame oil too.

Patty, Ladybug, and the entire Food is Life community – Cheers to your health!!! This blog is so awesome. For one, it is important for people with similar goals to share with each other their experiences, knowledge, successes, and areas in which they wish to improve. Second, since food is something I can’t live without (literally), I am determined to make this relationship work well; this blog is me metaphorically lying on the coach for my counseling sessions. Finally, the pictures on this blog are so cool. 🙂 I am excited to see what comes next.
Bountiful blessings to you all

Patty J, Ladybug, and the entire Food is Life community – Cheers to your health!!! This blog is remarkable for multiple reasons. First, it is great to have an opporutnity to exchange information with people who have similar experiences and goals. Second, this forum creates a sense of belonging. I no longer feel as though I am the only person in the world concerned with what I put into my body. Finally, the pictures are really cool – I cannot wait to see what comes next. All in all, I will say what has already been said; the idea to create this blog was genius. Thank you Patty J and Ladybug for creating it. Thank you Food is Life community for the opportunity to engage with you.
Bountiful Blessing to you all.
