Breathe & Release is a 12 month journal designed by a clinical psychologist on finding peace from anxiety and guiding your healing journey throughout the year. You will focus on one anxiety reduction technique each month while you add and build on powerful mind and body strategies over the course of the year. The journal teaches and reinforces two necessary aspects required in healing from anxiety – proper technique and consistency. By the end of the year, you will have integrated twelve transforming anxiety tools and created a lifestyle of harnessing calm. Breathe & Release can be utilized independently or alongside the guidance of a licensed mental health provider.

Essays of Night and Daylight is for anyone who ponders their identity in the strange and beautiful world we live in. It includes short essays on kaleidoscopes of being, including womanhood, inequity and a meandering through the making of chai, the earthy elixir that reminds her of the power of each brown-skinned woman.
